I know what it feels like to have tried everything and still feel stuck. For years I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks and digestive issues. I tried so many things — mindset work, energy healing, diet changes, meditations and yoga - and all kinds of crazy things.
It all helped - temporarily. But nothing seemed to last.
My turning point came one night when I was on the sofa — exhausted, numb, grieving my mum — and realised I was heading down the same path she had. She never got to release what she was carrying and I decided then that I wasn't going to make the same choice.
What I found changed my health, my life and how I felt inside. It was a way of working at the deeper layers everything else had missed. My anxiety went. My health changed. My life changed.
Since then, I've spent years teaching and helping others to do the same.
I'm a qualified Healer, Kinesiologist, Nutritional Therapist, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, with a Masters in Education. But as well as that — I've lived and breathed this work, and I've seen it work.
